We focused on two main personas:

- Clients needing vetted service providers with minimal effort

What We Did
User Acquisition:
- 1,000 installs via Facebook
- 1,200 installs via Google Ads
- With a blended CPI well within performance benchmarks
UX and Funnel Audit
- Conducted a full UX walkthrough and funnel review, focusing on onboarding, job posting, and profile completion flows.
CRO Recommendations:
- Clearer CTA hierarchy to guide job posting
- Social login implementation (Google, Apple) to reduce signup friction
- Progress bars, smart defaults, and guided tooltips to improve task completion
- Microcopy and trust indicators to reassure and onboard users more effectively
